Quick answer
Check the booking confirmation, voucher and applicable conditions with the seller or responsible provider. Match the airport, property, dates, each direction, travellers and luggage. Then ask whether registration is required and obtain the operating contact and meeting instructions. Included in a package, registered for travel and ready to meet the driver are distinct checks. Do not cancel or replace an existing service on an assumption.
Find the transport promise in your actual booking
Locate the wording attached to your reservation, not only a search result or hotel advertisement. A room category, resort name or all-inclusive label does not by itself establish airport transport. Ask the seller to identify the included journey and applicable conditions in writing. If the wording is unclear, keep it marked unresolved rather than treating it as either absent or confirmed.
Match the airport and exact accommodation
Read the code on the final flight: PTY, RIH, PAC and BLB are different airports. An inclusion for another airport is not automatically your PTY journey. Match the current property name and address too: Playa Bonita and Playa Blanca are different destinations, and similar hotel brands can have different locations. Send discrepancies to the responsible seller before arranging the route.
Check arrival and departure separately
Write down each included leg, local date, origin, destination and pickup arrangement. An arrival ride does not establish a return, and a return does not automatically follow you to a different final hotel. Identify any hotel change or additional road journey separately. Ask which flight details the existing provider needs and have any itinerary change accepted by the responsible party.
Confirm the people and luggage covered
Verify named travellers, children, bags and any equipment against the actual service conditions. Ask about child seats, bulky items or mobility requirements and obtain explicit acceptance; a room entitlement or advertised vehicle label is not a seat or equipment guarantee. If someone joins later or arrives on a different flight, ask how that changes coverage and pickup rather than assuming inclusion.
Obtain the operating details and any required registration
Ask who runs the ride, which reference identifies it, how to reach that operator and whether flight submission or advance registration is required, and by when. For shared transport, ask about waiting for other parties and hotel stops. For a hotel service, get its terminal-specific procedure. A package inclusion is not itself a meeting point or proof that any required registration is complete.
Coordinate changes before booking an alternative
Report changed flights, dates or hotels through the channel responsible for the existing service. Ask what remains included, which terms apply and how to avoid two active arrangements for the same leg. Do not assume a refund, credit, free private upgrade or automatic cancellation. A separate provider cannot amend another operator’s booking. Compare any alternative using its full fare, vehicle, luggage, waiting and change terms.
Book only the gap you have actually identified
If the required leg and instructions are confirmed, retain them without buying a duplicate. If one leg is missing, describe only that needed journey in a separate enquiry. If inclusion remains unclear, obtain an answer before relying on either plan. A new quote request does not reserve a car or cancel the original service; accept the actual provider and complete arrangements in writing.
Three package-transfer situations
| Your situation | What to arrange |
|---|---|
| Required transport fully confirmed | Keep the service reference, registration acceptance and meeting instructions. |
| Only one direction or journey is included | Identify the uncovered leg and ask for that exact route separately. |
| The voucher remains ambiguous | Ask the responsible seller to clarify the service before relying on it or replacing it. |

Replace the bracketed fields before sending. No reservation is created by copying this example.
To the seller or included-transfer provider: for booking [reference], please confirm the included airport and property, each direction/date, covered travellers and luggage, service type, any registration requirement and operating contact/meeting instructions. Changes: [details]. Separately, if needed, to the private-transfer provider: please quote only [uncovered leg/date/addresses] for [passengers/bags/seats] with full fare and terms. This enquiry neither reserves a new car nor cancels the existing service.
