PTY group transfers and vans: capacity, golf bags and surfboards

A seat count is only the starting point

List adults, children, child seats, checked cases, carry-ons and equipment. For boards, golf bags and mobility aids, provide dimensions and whether items fold. Safe storage must be confirmed without using a passenger seat that someone needs or blocking exits.

Larger groups need a vehicle-specific quote

The small-group estimate does not automatically scale into a van price. The booking team must confirm the assigned configuration and luggage space. Premium cars can have less room than a standard van; choose the vehicle for the actual trip rather than the category name alone.

Multiple flights and hotels change the service

A group arriving on different flights may need staged pickups, separate vehicles or paid waiting. Several hotel drop-offs are not the same service as a direct private transfer. Provide all flights and addresses together so the organiser can quote the complete arrangement.

Confirm the return packing

Shopping, event equipment and sports bags may differ at the end of the stay. Reconfirm the list before the return, especially for a beach or golf group. A luggage trailer, second car or special rack is available only if the actual provider confirms it in writing.
