PTY family airport transfers: child seats, bags and passenger count

Count all travellers

Include infants and children in the passenger count, then list every suitcase, stroller and other item. A vehicle’s maximum passenger number does not prove enough space when child seats and large bags are installed. Our Standard planning allowance is up to three travellers, premium up to two, subject to safe luggage capacity.

Request a specific child seat

Give each child’s age, approximate height and weight so the provider can confirm the appropriate seat type and availability. A request checkbox is not a seat guarantee. Our displayed child-seat allowance is USD 5 per seat for each one-way journey, pending confirmation of the actual equipment and fare.

Plan the longer drives

Río Hato, Buenaventura and El Valle involve a longer road journey than central Panama City. Discuss a rest break, feeding needs or motion sickness before accepting the booking. Any extra stop should be agreed in writing; it may change the price and schedule.

Use the hotel entrance

For old-town accommodation or a private residence, confirm where the car can stop and how bags will reach reception. Ask about accessibility or steps directly with the property. A premium vehicle label does not guarantee a child seat, wheelchair access or extra loading assistance.
