The Buenaventura Golf & Beach Resort and private estate homes do not use identical arrival instructions. Provide the hotel reservation or the residence host, exact house and authorised access details. A generic Buenaventura pin can finish at the wrong part of the development.
Allow a longer Pacific Riviera journey
The planning window from PTY is around 2 hours 30 minutes to 4 hours on the road. Airport formalities, stops and unusual traffic are additional. Beach-weekend and holiday flows can affect the capital crossing and westbound corridor, so return planning needs a practical buffer.
Golf bags need vehicle confirmation
List golf bags, checked luggage and every passenger before choosing a vehicle. A premium sedan does not necessarily provide more storage than a standard van. Any extra vehicle or equipment arrangement must be confirmed by the assigned provider.
A transfer does not include resort access benefits
Room, golf, club, marina and guest access rules belong to the property. A road transfer quote covers only the agreed journey and does not grant use of resort facilities. Confirm late arrival and gate instructions with the hotel or host before leaving PTY.
