Read both airport codes
Panamá Pacífico Airport uses BLB and Tocumen uses PTY. Some flight search pages label both as Panama, but they are not terminals of one airport. Send both flight numbers, dates and airport codes when requesting an airport-to-airport transfer.
The journey crosses the capital region
Our road window is approximately 50–95 minutes from PTY, with traffic at the city and canal crossing capable of extending it. Arrival processing and check-in at BLB are additional. Use the actual airline cutoff rather than treating the road estimate as a connection guarantee.
Confirm baggage and separate-ticket rules
Ask each airline whether bags are checked through, whether you must enter the country and how disruptions affect separate bookings. These decisions belong to the airline and relevant authorities. A private driver can provide the agreed road segment, not airside transfer or protection of a missed flight.
Use the airport terminal, not the business district
Panamá Pacífico also names a wider development. Include the passenger terminal as the drop-off and keep the onward booking accessible. If the destination changes to a business or residential address, send its exact gate and request a revised fare before travel.
