Turn the listing into a usable transfer address
Ask the host for the current building or residence name, street, district and entrance, with any house or tower reference needed to distinguish it. Compare these with your accommodation confirmation. A listing title, approximate neighbourhood or nearby landmark is not a precise drop-off. Resolve conflicting details with the host before sending a final address to the transport provider.
Confirm the vehicle entrance and the last few metres
Ask which entrance is for guests and where the car may stop; a garage, neighbouring hotel and residential lobby can be different places. Check steps, walking and how bags reach the apartment with the host. Tell the provider about mobility or luggage needs. Do not assume entry into private grounds, a porter or a driver accompanying you upstairs.
Separate the host from building reception or security
Ask whether the host must register your name or authorise entry and who will actually receive you. A guard or building desk does not automatically hold keys or manage the rental. Keep a reachable host or manager contact and the accepted arrival instructions. Send the provider the access details needed for the route, without treating a building name as permission to enter.
Agree keys or self-entry before departure
Have the host confirm the arrival window, key handover or self-entry procedure and what happens after a flight delay.
